1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FORNA (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of FORNA for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in FORNA
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Account

To use certain features of FORNA, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Users may delete their account directly within the App settings at any time.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through FORNA ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FORNA:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code or viruses
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or another user
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
  • To engage in any automated use of the system

6. Subscription and Payment

Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  • All payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their terms
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your subscription
  • You agree to provide accurate payment information
  • You authorize Google/Apple to charge your payment method
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play and App Store refund policies
  • FORNA does not issue refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store

Lifetime PRO Access

  • FORNA may grant Lifetime PRO access to select users at its sole discretion
  • Lifetime PRO access is not available for purchase and cannot be transferred
  • Lifetime PRO access provides permanent access to PRO features without expiration
  • Lifetime PRO access may be granted to beta testers, partners, influencers, contest winners, or other users as determined by FORNA
  • FORNA reserves the right to revoke Lifetime PRO access in cases of Terms of Service violations
  • Users with Lifetime PRO access are not charged recurring subscription fees

7. AI Features and Usage Limits

Free Tier

  • Daily AI token limit: 500,000 tokens
  • Daily AI request limit: 80 requests
  • Monthly AI session limit: 3 sessions

PRO Tier

  • Daily AI token limit: 1,000,000 tokens
  • Daily AI request limit: 200 requests
  • Monthly AI sessions: Unlimited

Important Notes

  • PRO tier does not provide unlimited AI generation. Token and request limits apply for security and cost management reasons
  • Limits reset daily at midnight UTC
  • Monthly session limits reset on the first day of each month
  • We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time to ensure service stability and prevent abuse
  • Excessive usage that may indicate abuse or automated access may result in temporary or permanent suspension of AI features
  • Actual token usage may vary based on conversation length and complexity

These limits are designed to ensure fair access for all users and protect the service from abuse while maintaining reasonable usage allowances for legitimate users.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FORNA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). By subscribing to FORNA PRO:

  • You agree to Google Play Terms of Service or Apple App Store Terms and Conditions
  • All billing inquiries, refund requests, and payment disputes must be directed to Google Play or Apple App Store
  • FORNA does not store or process your payment card information
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled through your Google Play or App Store account
  • Subscription management (cancellation, renewal, billing) is handled exclusively by Google Play or App Store

FORNA is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing, billing, or refunds, as these are managed by Google Play and Apple App Store.

10. Privacy

Your use of FORNA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

  • Regular PRO subscriptions will continue to be billed by Google Play/Apple until you cancel through your account
  • Lifetime PRO access may be revoked in cases of Terms of Service violations
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings

12. Disclaimer

The materials on FORNA are provided on an "as is" basis. FORNA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

13. Limitations

In no event shall FORNA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FORNA, even if FORNA or a FORNA authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

14. Revisions

FORNA may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
